LiKee is an open-source project released by Edhouse s.r.o. company. The main purpose of this information system is monitoring of defined web pages and evaluation of their state and content by regular expressions.
Monitored entities are grouped in modules. Each module contains one or more URL addresses of web pages, each of them can have defined one or more regular expression patterns to evaluate web page content.
Evaluation process runs in a time loop with defined sampling period. In every pass, all modules, URLs and expression patterns are checked. The system notifies users whenever a connection to the URL fails or a regular expression pattern doesn’t match the web page response. LiKee can be thus useful for supervision of web information systems. Reporting to user is realized by email service and a phone call through a GSM modem.
LiKee contains intuitive user interface for administration of the information system and browsing of monitoring logs and statistics.
